displays

04/28/14 Allis Elementary

The principal wants more displays for the cafeteria to help kids know what to recycle adn what to throw away. REcycling was also made an official part of the rules of the cafeteria. Yay!

stop signs

04/20/14 Allis Elementary

We made big stop signs that ask "Did you recycle?" We will attach them to the garbage bins in the cafeteria when it’s meal time, to give people a reminder.

bin signs

04/18/14 Allis Elementary

We made mini posters that depicted a pie chart of what can be recycled in Madison. We colored them and distributed them to all the classrooms - taped them onto each recycling bin, reminding teachers of what should go into those bins, as we keep finding teachers putting recyclables in the garbage.

patrol

12/13/13 Allis Elementary

We did a patrol of 4 rooms and chose a winner. That teacher got a home-made power patrol t-shirt. He hung it in his room for a while to show his pride!

locker signs for reps

12/06/13 Allis Elementary

All power patrol members made locker posters that match and have the pledge written on them, so that students and teachers know who their energy guardians are!
